Winnie the Pooh and his many friends go on adventures and enjoy plenty of honey in the Hundred Acre Wood. First, Pooh (Holloway) and Christopher Robin (Reitherman) try to outwit some buzzy bees in a very tall tree. Then Piglet (Fiedler) and Pooh battle some very strong winds. Finally, Tigger (Winchell) bounces into the Wood. much to the consternation of Rabbit (Matthews).

Disney combines three shorts (1966’s “Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree”, 1968’s Oscar-winning “Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day”, and 1974’s “Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Too”) into this magical charmer featuring the beloved A. A. Milne characters. Sebastian Cabot’s gentle narration and some innovative animation of Milne’s words and pictures connect the three sequences. This timeless classic will delight small children in particular…and their nostalgia-loving parents too!
